As a Partner at BREA, Jack brings a remarkable wealth of knowledge, boasting over 50 years of experience in Real Estate and Architecture, and more than 30 years in the Beverage Industry. He has collaborated closely with Beverage Wholesalers on numerous initiatives, including new facilities, expansions, renovations, site selection, incentive consulting, and real estate-driven solutions. Jack stays at the forefront of best practices for Beverage Wholesaler clients, keeping pace with the latest advancements in material handling, automation, racking equipment, dock door solutions, LED lighting, solar panels, tax incentive negotiation and the procurement of furniture, audio-visual equipment, and security systems. His expertise is an invaluable asset to our team.
Jack has led multiple real estate-driven beverage projects, including turn-key build-to-suit solutions for Anheuser-Busch Corporate. Notably, he played a key role in the development of Wholesale Distribution Centers in Waco, Texas; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Devens, Massachusetts; and Granite City, Illinois, which together comprise 650,000 square feet. These projects were executed as leaseback solutions for Anheuser-Busch.

With a diverse portfolio of projects, properties, developments and clients, his skills include identifying off-market opportunities in “A” locations, assembling debt and equity for developments, overseeing projects from concept to stabilization, assembling and managing teams to achieve complex goals and building lasting partnerships.
Bryan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Realtors and Missouri Main Streets. He serves as the President for both the Laclede’s Landing Redevelopment Corporation and the Shoppes at Warrenton Community Improvement District.
