Our carefully selected beverage alliance team is well-versed in every detail, including facility design, program management, structural and civil engineering, mechanical and HVAC systems, material handling and automation, solar panels and sustainability, furniture, audiovisual and security systems, dock equipment, racking, building decommissioning, tax incentives, new market tax credits, and opportunity zone negotiations.<\/p>\n

As integrated specialists, they will work closely with BREA to plan your warehouse space and deliver projects that are on time, within budget, and completed to industry-leading standards.<\/p>\n
